Ingredients you need:

  • Half kilo of a belly pork
  • Salt
  • Vinegar

Choose a nice piece of pork belly and wash it well and dry the skin of the pork with a paper towel.

Use a sharp metal skewer, a wooden skewer, or a fork to make many holes in the pork skin but don’t make it too deep. Slice the skin of the pork into small pieces. Cut only the skin

Rub the pork belly over the skin with salt.

Flip the pork belly and rub the pork meat side with salt all over the meat.

Place a pork belly into a bowl and you have to turn the skin of the pork side down. And then pour the vinegar just over the skin and leave it for 20 minutes.

To make a pork belly dry out and create more crispy skin, place the pork belly into an Air fryer. Let the meat side down and set up the heat for 80º C for 60 minutes.

Flip the pork to another side and increase the Air fryer heat to 200º C for 20 minutes.
