Ingredients you need:

  • 1-2 cucumbers
  • 1 carrot
  • 5 shallots
  • 1-2 chilis
  • 3 tablespoon water
  • 5 tablespoon sugar
  • 5 tablespoon vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Start by gathering all the ingredients. Cut the cucumber, carrot, chili, and shallot in half and slice them..

Heat a saucepan over medium-low heat. Pour in the water, vinegar, sugar, and salt, and stir until they are fully dissolved.

Stir the mixture continuously until it thickens, then remove it from the heat. Let the vinegar mixture cool completely at room temperature.

Place the sliced vegetables in the cooled vinegar mixture and let them sit for approximately 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
