Ingredients you need:

  • 200 g. Thick slice chicken or chicken minced
  • 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar ( optional)
  • 2 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 10 garlic cloves, minced

Gather all the necessary ingredients.

Place 10 or more garlic cloves in a food chopper or food processor. Then, heat a non-stick skillet with oil over medium-high heat. Add the chopped garlic and stir until it develops a light brown color.
