  • 100 g. Carrot
  • 100 g. Mushroom
  • 100 g. Chinese cabbage
  • 3 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

Gather all the necessary ingredients. Organize your vegetables and chop them into small, bite-sized pieces.

Heat a pan with cooking oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic to the oil and stir constantly until it turns yellow and becomes fragrant..
