Ingredients you need:

  • 1 egg
  • 12 wrapper sheets
  • 12 shrimps ( medium to large size )
  • ½ tablespoon salt

To prepare the shrimp, you must remove the head, shell, and antennae, devein them, and rinse them thoroughly.

Marinate the shrimp with salt and pepper for 20 minutes.

Place the spring roll wrapper on a flat surface with one of the corners facing towards you. Place the shrimp in the middle of the corner, keeping the tail outside of the wrapper.

Tuck the wrapper from the bottom over the shrimp once. Then, fold the left and right sides of the wrapper towards the middle.

Continue rolling the spring roll up to the top and seal it with a brush of egg wash.

Prepare the shrimp by rolling them up with the wrapper sheets.

Heat a pot or pan with cooking oil to a depth of about 4 inches over high heat. When the oil is hot, drop the shrimp spring rolls into the pot.
