  • 200 g. Broccoli  
  • 8 shrimps
  • 3-4 fresh garlic cloves, crushed with knife
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Start by gathering all the necessary ingredients for the Thai broccoli and shrimp stir-fry with oyster sauce.

Bring a large pot or pan of 2 cups of water to a boil and wait until the water reaches a rolling boil.

Place the broccoli in the boiling water and cook for about 2 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender and vibrant green. Then remove the broccoli from the heat.

Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear the shrimp until they are about 70% cooked.
