Ingredients you need:

  • 5oo g. Pumpkin, bite-sized
  • 2 eggs
  • 10 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 4 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 handful of Thai sweet basil/sweet basil

Heat a wok over medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and wait until the oil is hot. Then, add the minced garlic to the wok and stir until it becomes fragrant.
