Ingredients you need:

  • 2 ½ Cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 Tsp. Baking soda
  • 1 Tsp. salt
  • 120 g. Semi-sweet chocolate chunks
  • 120 g. Dark chocolate chunks
  • 230g. Unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 ¼ Cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar

In a large bowl, beat the melted butter, salt, and sugar together until it is well combined.

Add eggs and vanilla extract and whisk it until it mixes well together with butter and sugar. Mix it until it’s a lightly little brown. Don’t forget to scrape down the side of your bowl and mix one more time.

Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients by sifting in the flour and baking soda.

Fold in the chocolate chunks and fold the mixture well with a spatula. Then chill the cookie dough for at least 30 minutes. This ensures that your cookies don’t spread too much in the oven. The longer the dough rests, the more complex its flavor will be.

Preheat the oven to 170 °C ( 338 °F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop the dough with ice cream scoop onto the parchment paper sheet. Try to make a chocolate chunk on the middle top of the dough. When it’s melted, It will make your cookies look really good. Make sure to leave a little room between each ball of cookie dough.

Bake for 12 minutes until the edge of the cookies are lightly golden brown and the tops are set.
