Thai Fried Pork Toast (Kanom Pang Na Moo) Recipe

12 1 hour medium

If you're searching for Thai finger food, I highly recommend trying Thai Fried Pork Toast, also known as Kanom Pang Na Moo. It's a personal favorite of mine, and it's both simple and delicious. The ingredients required are likely already in your kitchen and the dish is best paired with "Ajad" sauce, a cucumber relish that adds a sweet, sour, and spicy flavor to the dish. However, if your kids don't like Ajad, you can serve it with ketchup or Thai sweet chili sauce instead.

To make this dish, all you need is white bread, ground pork, eggs, oyster sauce, pepper, and salt. Simply mix all the ingredients together, place on top of the bread, cover with beaten egg, and fry until crispy.

While you can use any type of meat, I recommend trying it with pork, chicken, or shrimp for the best snack.

To make this recipe, you are going to need:

  • 3 white breads
  • 150 g. Ground pork
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 white eggs
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • Pinch of salt

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to make Thai Fried Pork Toast (Kanom Pang Na Moo) Recipe

1 Start by gathering all the ingredients, and let the bread sit outside of the plastic bag for around 15 to 20 minutes to allow it to dry before cooking.
