If you're in search of a healthy, easy and delicious meal, I highly recommend giving Thai Sukiyaki Stir-Fried Street Food a try.
This dish is inspired by the original Japanese hot-pot recipe, which typically consists of broth soup, meat, vegetables, and eggs eaten with a dipping sauce. The hot-pot culture has become quite popular in Thailand, and Thai Sukiyaki Stir-Fried Street Food has been adapted to appeal to Thai taste buds.
This version of the dish, known as "Suki-Haeng" in Thai, is inspired by the restaurant version, but it is made without soup and is quicker and easier to prepare. It is made with any kind of meat you prefer, along with water spinach, Chinese cabbage, eggs, and glass noodles, all stir-fried with Thai sukiyaki sauce.
If you can't find these specific vegetables, you can use any leafy greens as a substitute. The Thai sukiyaki sauce can be purchased pre-made at any Asian supermarket and has a tangy, spicy, sweet and sour flavor that creates a truly delicious one-dish meal.
Tips: I highly recommend using a wok for stir-frying, especially if you plan to add a lot of vegetables.
