- Carrot
- Oyster sauce

1 To begin, start by preparing the minced pork. Heat a pan with oil over medium heat and stir fry the minced pork until it is cooked. Then, add the carrots to the pan and stir fry them until they are soft, about 2-3 minutes.
2 Add and stir in oyster sauce and tomato sauce, then continue to stir fry the mixture for 2-3 minutes.
3 Cut the sausage into small bite-sized pieces. Bring a small pan of water to a boil over high heat and cook the Chinese sausage for 3-5 minutes. Drain the water from the sausage after it has been cooked.
4 To fry the eggs, use another pan and heat it over medium heat. Once the pan is hot, add the butter and wait until it has melted.
