Ingredients you need:

  • 200 g. Minced pork
  • 2 cups of broth
  • 2 teaspoons chilli powder
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons fish sauce
  • 3 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • Fresh noodles or egg noodles
  • Crispy minced garlic and chopped coriander to garnish

Start by gathering all the essential ingredients for your Tom Yum noodles.

Place a soup pot over medium-high heat. Pour in 2 cups of broth and bring it to a boil.

Place the minced pork in a bowl, then pour the boiling soup over it. Use a spoon to gently break the pork apart so it doesn’t clump together. Once done, pour everything back into the pot of boiling soup.

Continue boiling the pork until it’s fully cooked. Skim off any foam that rises to the surface to keep the broth clear.

Add the crushed peanuts, fish sauce, and chili powder to the pot, then stir well to combine.
