Authentic Thai Stir-Fried Mushroom in Oyster Sauce Recipe

Ingredients you need:

  • 200 g. King Oyster Mushroom
  • 150 g. Enoki Mushroom
  • 100 g. Ear wood Mushroom
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil/olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Green onion, chopped (garnish), (optional)

First, gather all the essential ingredients.

Cut all the mushrooms into bite-sized pieces and give them a thorough wash.

Heat a pan with cooking oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic to the oil and stir constantly until it turns golden yellow and becomes fragrant.

Add the King oyster mushrooms to the pan. Stir them and let them cook for 1-2 minutes. The mushrooms will change color and appear tender.

Add all the remaining mushrooms and combine them together.

Pour the sauce mixture over the mushrooms. Stir them well and let them cook for about 3 minutes or until the mushrooms reach your desired level of tenderness. If the sauce mixture looks too dry, you can also add 2 tablespoons of water.
