Ingredients you need:

  • 150 g. Thin white rice noodles
  • 100 g. Pork
  • 150 g. Gailan or Chinese broccoli
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper

Start by gathering all the essential ingredients for Thai stir-fried soy sauce noodles (Pad See Ew).

Set a pan over medium-high heat. Add 2 teaspoons of cooking oil and wait until the pan is hot. Toss the pork into the pan and stir. Cook until the meat mostly changes from pink to white.

Crack the eggs directly into the meat and scramble to combine. Cook until the meat is fully cooked and the eggs are set.

Add the noodles and sauces to the pan with the meat. Toss quickly for about 3 minutes, until the noodles are coated in the sauce and you begin to smell a slight caramelization.

Add the gai lan and stir to mix for about 2 minutes, until the gai lan wilts.
