Easy and Quick Banana Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients you need:

  • 1-2 Bananas
  • 1/2 Cup All purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 Tsp. Sugar
  • 1Tsp. Salt
  • 3 tsp. Fresh milk
  • 1 Tsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 Tsp. Vanilla scent

In a small bowl, whisk the dry ingredients together; flour, sugar, salt.

In the other bowl, use a fork to mash the banana very well. Add milk, oil, and vanilla and mix until it is well combined.

Add flour mixture to mash banana bowl. If it seems too thick add one tablespoon of milk.

Add egg and mix until it’s well combined.

Heat the Teflon pan until the surface is hot. If you don’t have a Teflon pan, you can add some oil or butter to avoid pancake sticks with the pan.

Cook the first side until the tops of the pancakes begin to yellow and bubble. Flip it! And wait until cooked through.
