Ingredients you need:
2 eggs
1 Cup of milk
1 Cup all-purpose flour ( Sifted if desired)
2 Tbsp melted butter
1 Tsp. sugar
1/2 Tsp. salt
1 Tsp. vanilla extract

In the blender, blend milk, eggs, flour melted butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract for 30 seconds or until the batter is smooth.

Chill the crépe batter for at least 20 minutes, or overnight.

Heat the nonstick skillet pan over medium-low heat and butter the pan.

Pour ¼ cup of batter into the skillet and tilt the pan immediately from side to side and even circle.

Cook about 1 minute per side or until lightly brown and you will see small holes in the batter. Flip the crépe over and cook the other side too.

Serve with your favorite toppings. I love serving them warm with cold whipped cream and chocolate. Then topped with some banana and berry. YUM!!
