- 2 eggs
- 1 Cup of milk
- 1 Cup all-purpose flour ( Sifted if desired)
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 Tsp. sugar
- 1/2 Tsp. salt
- 1 Tsp. vanilla extract
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to make Easy Homemade Crépe:
1 In the blender, blend milk, eggs, flour melted butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract for 30 seconds or until the batter is smooth.
2 Chill the crépe batter for at least 20 minutes, or overnight.
3 Heat the nonstick skillet pan over medium-low heat and butter the pan.
4 Pour ¼ cup of batter into the skillet and tilt the pan immediately from side to side and even circle.
5 Cook about 1 minute per side or until lightly brown and you will see small holes in the batter. Flip the crépe over and cook the other side too.
6 Serve with your favorite toppings. I love serving them warm with cold whipped cream and chocolate. Then topped with some banana and berry. YUM!!
