  • 200 g. Enoki mushroom or any kind of mushroom you like
  • ½ cup chopped spring onion
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Mix the teriyaki sauce, water, and sugar together, stirring until the sugar is fully dissolved.

Separate the Enoki mushrooms gently, keeping them attached at the base to form small bundles.

Heat a pan over medium-high heat, add a bit of cooking oil, and carefully place the mushrooms in the pan.
