Ingredients you need:

  • 1 Bunch of green
  • 200 G. minced pork or chicken
  • 2 Cloves Minced garlic
  • 3 Tbs. Oyster sauce
  • 2 Tbs. Soy sauce
  • 1Tbs. Fish sauce
  • 1/2 Tsp. Sugar
  • 1/4cup stock soup
  • 2 Tbs. Vegetable oil

Chop the vegetable into bite-size and wash it well.

Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Add the garlic and stir briefly until sizzling and fragrance. Add your meat and stir-fry for a few minutes. Otherwise, add the chopped vegetable to the pan.

Add all the sauce and sugar and stir-fry until the leave is wilted. Follow by the water or stock soup and wait for 2-3 minutes.
