Healthy Leafy Green Thai Stir-Fried Recipe

With just a few minutes of cooking time and some basic chopping and slicing, you can have a healthy and flavorful meal ready in just 15 minutes. To make this recipe, you are going to need:

  • 1 Bunch of green
  • 200 G. minced pork or chicken
  • 2 Cloves Minced garlic
  • 3 Tbs. Oyster sauce
  • 2 Tbs. Soy sauce
  • 1Tbs. Fish sauce
  • 1/2 Tsp. Sugar
  • 1/4cup stock soup
  • 2 Tbs. Vegetable oil

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to make Healthy Leafy Green Thai Stir-Fried:

Chop the vegetable into bite-size and wash it well.

2 Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Add the garlic and stir briefly until sizzling and fragrance. Add your meat and stir-fry for a few minutes. Otherwise, add the chopped vegetable to the pan.
