Ingredients you need:
Marinaded shrimp for 10 minutes with Olive oil, salt and pepper. Olive oil - to marinade the shrimps and blend all ingredients together
Salt and pepper - add salt to taste
1 head garlic minced - lots of it to make aromatics
5 chilis - use as much as or little you like
Spring onion chopped - lots of to make a colorful dish and prettier.

Marinade the shrimp with olive oil, salt, and pepper for 10 minutes.

Heat the oil in your pan-fried until it is hot. Sear the shrimp on both sides until it turns golden. The shrimp should be 80% cooked. Turn off the heat and remove the shrimp from pan-fried.

Turn the heat to medium-low. Add some olive oil, chili, and garlic minced until it turns yellow.

Add the shrimp, toss it and sprinkle some salt and sugar to taste.

Add spring onion, mix it and remove the heat. Don’t take time too long for this step. Because the shrimp will be overcooked and not juicy.
