Ingredients you need:

  • 200 g. beef
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 potato, chopped
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 20 g. Honey
  • 1 curry roux cube
  • 20g. butter

Begin by gathering all the necessary ingredients for Japanese Beef curry.

Chop an apple into bite-sized pieces and mix them with one cup of water. Use a food processor to blend the apples into a smoothie.

Place a soup pot over medium-high heat. Add the butter and wait for a few seconds until it melts. Add the chopped onion and caramelize for about 5 minutes or until it softens and turns brown. Then, add the beef and combine them well.

Stir the beef until it cooks, then add the blended apple mixture.

Add honey and then thoroughly combine the ingredients.
