Ingredients you need:

  • 200g. Fresh shrimp
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g broccoli
  • 100 g carrot
  • 100 g onion
  • 100 g spring onion
  • 2 cup cold rice
  • 2 garlic clove
  • 4 Tbs oyster sauce
  • 3 Tbs soy sauce
  • 1 Tbs sugar
  • ½ Tbs black soy sauce

Heat a skillet over high, add some cooking oil and garlic clove and stir until it goes yellow and aromatic. Add shrimp and cook over high heat for about 2-3 minutes and then flip the shrimp wait for them to get cook but do not overcook.

Keep the shrimp aside from the skillet and then add some eggs

Cook the eggs to scrambled eggs.

Add the rice, stirring for 2 minutes.

Add carrot, broccoli, and onion, stirring occasionally, just until the onion loses it raw to keep all the vegetables still crunchy.

Add all mix sauce and keep stirring for 2-3 minutes until the rice is getting golden. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
