Ingredients you need:

  • 800 g. Wings
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 ½  cup crispy flour
  • 3 tablespoon Sriracha sauce (Sriracha mixer sauce)
  • ½ cup tomato sauce (Sriracha mixer sauce)
  • 2 teaspoon soy sauce (Sriracha mixer sauce)
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil (Sriracha mixer sauce)
  • Spring onion (garnish)
  • Sesame (garnish)

Gather all the essential ingredients, wash the wings, and dry them thoroughly with paper towels before marinating.

Marinate the wings with salt and pepper, rubbing them thoroughly.

Coat the wings with crispy flour, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Set the Air Fryer to approximately 180°C. Place the wings in a single layer in the air fryer and spray the oil over them. Cook for about 10 minutes before flipping. If you don’t have spray, you can use a brush to coat the cooking oil evenly over the wings.

Next, increase the heat to 250°C and continue cooking for an additional 10 minutes. Then, flip the wings once again and cook for a final 5 minutes.

While waiting for the wings to cook, you can prepare the Sriracha sauce. Start by melting the butter cube in a saucepan. Then, mix together the tomato sauce, Sriracha sauce, sesame oil, and soy sauce. Stir the ingredients well to combine them thoroughly.

Once the wings are cooked, allow them to sit at room temperature for approximately 5 minutes to let the crispy coating set. Afterward, transfer the wings to a mixing bowl and generously coat them with the prepared sauce, ensuring each wing is well coated.
