Teriyaki Mushroom Garlic Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients you need:

  • 2 cups of chilled steamed rice
  • 10 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons takumi soy sauce
  • 1 cube of salted butter
  • 1 ½ tablespoons flavor seasoning powder
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • ¼  tablespoons of salt
  • ½ - 1 cup of spring onion
  • Fried garlic (seasoning), (optional)
  • 100 g. Enoki mushroom (side dish- teriyaki mushroom grilled)
  • 2 tablespoons takumi soy sauce (side dish- teriyaki mushroom grilled)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (side dish- teriyaki mushroom grilled)
  • 4 tablespoons water(side dish- teriyaki mushroom grilled)

Start by gathering all the necessary ingredients for the Japanese garlic fried rice and the Takumi teriyaki grilled mushrooms.

Place 10 garlic cloves in a food processor, or you can mince them with a knife if you prefer.

Heat 1 cube of butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir until it becomes fragrant.

Add the chilled steamed rice to the pan. Then, add Takumi soy sauce, flavor seasoning powder, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Stir to combine everything until the rice is evenly coated with the sauce.
