Thai Basil Chicken Recipe

Ingredients you need:

  • 400 G. Chicken minced ( Any meat you like )
  • 5 cloves minced garlic
  • 7 minced chilies
  • 200 G. Thai basil leaves
  • 3 tbs. Oyster sauce
  • 3 tbs. Soy sauce
  • 1 tbs. fish sauce
  • 2 small spoons Sugar

Heat the oil until it heats up, add the cloves garlic minced, and chilies minced. Stir it until fragrant.

Add Chicken minced and stir-fry until beginning to brown. Pour all the sauces and sugar over the stir fry. Cook and stir until the sauce and chicken caramelize for 2 minutes. If you feel like it’s too dry, you can also add small amounts of broth or water ( little by little).

Add Thai basil leaves. Stir it until the basil is wilted for about 20 seconds.
