  • ¼ cup young coconut meat
  • 2 tablespoon butter, unsalted
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • ¼ cup evaporated milk

Begin by gathering all the essential ingredients.

After boiling the corn until it’s cooked, break the corn into two pieces. Then, use scissors to drill a hole in the middle of the corn cob and twist the scissors until the corn is separated into two pieces.

Use your hand to remove the kernels from the cob. Take the corn kernels back to the steamer for about 5 minutes, or you can use a microwave to warm the corn kernels for about 1 minute.
