Thai Fried Pork Toast (Kanom Pang Na Moo) Recipe

Ingredients you need:

  • 3 white breads
  • 150 g. Ground pork
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 white eggs
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • Pinch of salt

Start by gathering all the ingredients, and let the bread sit outside of the plastic bag for around 15 to 20 minutes to allow it to dry before cooking.

Mix 2 eggs with ground pork, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper well.

Spread the pork mixture evenly over the bread. Ensure that the pork mixture is not too thick.

Brush the top of the mixture with egg white to cover the pork mixture and help it stick to the bread.

Heat the oil to medium-high heat. Place the bread, egg side down, first until the bread becomes golden brown.

Flip the bread over to cook the pork side for about 3-4 minutes in the oil.
