2-3 tablespoon yellow curry powder
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 tablespoon soy sauce
1 handful of green onion, chopped

To prepare the shrimps and squids for this recipe, remove the head, shell, and antennae from the shrimps, devein and rinse them thoroughly, and remove the head and innards from the squids, cut the squids into rings.
