Thai Shrimp Toast Recipe

Ingredients you need:

  • 300 g. Ground shrimp
  • 3 white bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 white eggs
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • Pinch of salt

Start by gathering all the ingredients. Let The bread sit outside the plastic bag for around 20 minutes to allow it to dry before cooking.

Whisk two eggs thoroughly with ground shrimp, oyster sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Spread the shrimp mixture evenly over the bread, being careful not to make it too thick.

Coat the top of the shrimp mixture with beaten egg white to help it adhere to the bread.

Heat the oil over medium-high heat, then add the bread without the shrimp mixture and fry until golden brown, which should take approximately one minute.

Flip the bread over and cook the shrimp side for approximately 2-3 minutes.

Once the shrimp is cooked through, check to ensure it is ready, then remove it from the heat and allow any excess oil to drain.
