Ingredients you need:

  • 3 eggs
  • 250 g. Fresh flat rice noodle
  • 200 g. Gai-Lan or Chinese broccoli, chopped
  • 150 g. Pork, cut into a bite-sized
  • 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 5 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 4 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

To prepare Gai-lan or Chinese broccoli, you have to remove the peel from the stem, although you can also keep it on for a slightly bitter taste.

Set a pan to medium-high heat, add minced garlic, and stir until fragrant.

Add the pork and continue stirring until it is cooked, then remove it from the pan and set it aside.
