Ingredients you need:
3 eggs
250 g. Fresh flat rice noodle
200 g. Gai-Lan or Chinese broccoli, chopped
150 g. Pork, cut into a bite-sized
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
5 tablespoon oyster sauce
4 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar

To prepare Gai-lan or Chinese broccoli, you have to remove the peel from the stem, although you can also keep it on for a slightly bitter taste.

Set a pan to medium-high heat, add minced garlic, and stir until fragrant.
