Ingredients you need:

  • 300 g. Bean sprout
  • 100 g. Minced pork
  • 3-4 fresh garlic cloves, crushed to release
  • 2 tablespoons mushroom sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ tablespoon fish sauce (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 handful chopped green onion (sprinkle)
  • Ground pepper (sprinkle)

Start by gathering all the essential ingredients needed for the bean sprout stir-fry.

Place a wok or pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add cooking oil and minced fresh garlic. Stir until the garlic becomes aromatic.

Then, add the bean sprouts, oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar on top of the bean sprouts.
