  • 300 g. pork neck
  • 5 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons coconut palm sugar
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons grounded pepper

Begin by gathering all the necessary ingredients for a Thai-style grilled pork neck.

Marinate the pork neck in a large bowl with oyster sauce, coconut palm sugar, ground pepper, and minced garlic. Mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight for best results. If you’re short on time, marinate for at least 20 minutes.

Set the air fryer to about 180°C (356°F) and place the marinated pork neck inside for the first 10 minutes.

Flip the marinated pork neck into the air fryer and continue cooking for about 6 more minutes.
