Thai Sukiyaki Stir-Fry Street Food Recipe

Ingredients you need:

  • 150 g. Sliced pork
  • 150 g. Water spinach, bite-sized pieces
  • 200 g. Chinese cabbage, bite-size pieces
  • 150 g. Glass noodles, dry
  • 2-3 eggs
  • ¼ cup Thai sukiyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Gather all of the ingredients, chop all of the vegetables into bite-sized pieces, and soak the dry glass noodles in water until they are soft for a few minutes.

Heat a wok on high and add cooking oil. Allow the wok to become very hot, then add the sliced pork. Stir the pork until it is fully cooked.

Add all of the vegetables and stir for a few minutes until they have softened.

Stir the vegetables and create a hole in the middle of the wok. Add the glass noodles to the hole.

Continuously stir the ingredients, making a space on the side of the wok. Crack the eggs into the space and stir until they have set. Continue stirring the vegetables and glass noodles for a few more minutes.
