To make this recipe, you are going to need:

  • 300 g. Salted Seaweed Stem
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil or Olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Korean chili flake
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • A half of medium onion

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to make Korean Seaweed Side Dish:

1 Open the salted seaweed stem package.

5 Heat up a pan to over medium high heat. Add some vegetable oil or olive oil. Add minced garlic and sliced half of an onion. Stir them until it fragrant.Add the seaweed stem and stir it for 5 minutes
