- 200 g Broccoli
- 150 g Mushroom
- 2 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 50 g. Roasted dried chilies ( optional )

1 Wash the broccoli and mushroom and drain them well. And make a sauce prep. Sauce prep: whisk the sauce ingredients.
2 Boiled the water and add some salt to soft-boiled the Broccoli for 2 minutes until it is bright green.
3 Heat up the pan to medium heat, and add some vegetable oil or olive oil. And then add the minced garlic and stir it until it fragrances.
4 Add the soft-boiled broccoli and mushroom and sauté them for 2 minutes.
5 Add all sauce and stir until thickened sauce for another 3 minutes. But if it too sticky, you can also add some water.
