- 200g. Pork belly
- 3 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 2 Cloves Garlic minced
- Sesame and chopped coriander
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to make Sriracha Spicy Pork Belly:
1 Wash belly pork well. Dry it with kitchen paper and cut it into a slice of belly pork.
2 Mix all the sauce ingredients in a jar and shake it well.
3 Pour the sauce and garlic minced over the pork, blend them well, and allow it to rest for 30 minutes.
4 Heat a skillet over high heat and add some cooking oil. When a skillet is hot, add the belly pork in a single layer. Cook it until it’s getting brown. Flip belly pork and let them cook for 2 minutes. And then you make a stir-fry until cooked through and the sauce is sticky.
