If you're looking for an easy and delicious sweet treat, then you'll definitely want to give this recipe a try! It's perfect for morning breakfast, brunch, or as a light bite any time of day.

The croissants in this recipe are delicious on their own, but when they're transformed into a dessert, they become even more irresistible. And the best part is that this recipe is easy to make and will have everyone asking for more.

Butter Walnut Croissant Bread Pudding is made with croissants, milk, whipping cream, eggs, sugar, salt, and walnuts. The combination of these ingredients creates a flavor that is simply divine, with a soft center and a crunchy exterior that is infused with a hint of lemon.

This dessert is best served warm, with a cup of milk or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. It's a quick, easy, and delicious recipe that you won't be able to resist.

To make this recipe, you are going to need:

  • 6 pieces of Croissants
  • 3 Cup full fat milk
  • 1 Cup Whipping cream
  • 5 Egg yolks
  • 1 Whole egg
  • 1 Tbs. Salt
  • Lime
  • 1 Cup Walnut

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to make Butter Walnut Croissant Bread Pudding:

1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.

2 Slide the croissants in half. Place the bottom of the croissants over the pan, trying to fill as much as the bottom of the pan is full of croissants.

3 Prepare the pudding in a medium bowl by combining all the pudding ingredients and whisking well to combine with one whole egg, 5 eggs yolks, sugar, salt, milk, and whipping cream together.

4 Add the walnut over the bottom of the croissants.

5 Pour the pudding over the croissants. The pudding should come up a little halfway and allow to soak for 10 minutes into all layers of the croissants.

6 Place a pan in a larger one. Fill one inch of hot water. Cover over the pan with aluminum foil. Bake for 50 minutes or until the pudding is set and the croissant bread is getting brown and golden.

7 Remove croissant pudding from the oven and let stand 5-10 minutes before serving warm. Nice with a cup of milk, coffee, or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
